WHAT IS ORGANISATIONAL PSYCHOTHERAPY?
Organisational Psychotherapy is a service offered to organizations for their team members. It usually a service that employees can call entirely confidentially and undergo psychotherapy with a skilled psychotherapist.
It is often used to prevent burn-out, deal with stressful situations and establish a work-life balance.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
An initial interview where we meet and discuss together what is the current situation and what are the current needs. We then devise together an action plan together to address the situation through usually 10 sessions per employee. All the information divulged within the session is completely confidential and is not subject to review by any of the organization’s managers. This type of offer is appropriate in highly stressful work environments or work environments subject to vicarious traumatization. With that offer, organizations take a step further to take care of their staff.
